1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using heartdrop.studio ("Website"), purchasing templates, or downloading resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase our products.
2. USE LICENSE & WEBSITE ACCESS
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our Website for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited uses include:
Reproducing or distributing templates for commercial resale
Using templates to create competing products or services
Sharing login credentials or reselling access
Circumventing any security measures
Using the site for illegal activities
Harassing or threatening other users
Uploading illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.
3. TEMPLATE LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS
What You're Purchasing
When you purchase a Heart Drop template bundle (Mini Masters, Rock the Raffle, Bloomingdeals, or future products), you receive:
Editable Canva templates
Planning guides and timelines
Email sequences
Print-ready files
Instructions and how-to guides
What You Have the Right to Do
✓ Customize all templates for your school, nonprofit, or volunteer organization use
✓ Print templates at home or through a professional print shop
✓ Share printed materials with your volunteers, families, and event participants
✓ Use emails, timelines, and guides for your specific event
✓ Reuse templates for multiple events by your organization
✓ Make all customized versions yours to use for your event
What You Do NOT Have the Right to Do
✗ Resell these templates or bundles to other individuals or organizations
✗ Share the Canva template links with people outside your school or organization
✗ Claim these designs as your own or as original work
✗ Republish these guides online, on other platforms, or in other publications without written permission
✗ Use these templates for competing template businesses or services
✗ Rent, lease, or lend these templates for payment
✗ Create derivative works to sell or distribute
In short: This license is for your event, run by your organization. Not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use beyond your specific event.
License Scope
One Event Per Purchase: This license permits use for one event per purchase. If you're running Mini Masters 2024 and plan to run Mini Masters 2025, you'll need a new license for each year.
School/Recurring Event Licenses: If you're interested in licensing templates for multiple recurring events or school-wide use, contact us at hello@heartdrop.studio to discuss custom licensing options.
Customization Rights
All customized versions of these templates belong to you. Your school name, your event details, your printed materials, your customized designs—those are yours to keep and use.
The original template design, layout, fonts, color schemes, and template structure remain Heart Drop Studio intellectual property and cannot be repurposed or rebranded as your own designs.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT
What's Ours
All original content on Heart Drop Studio—including templates, graphics, text, logos, images, layout, and design structure—is owned by Heart Drop Studio or used with permission. These remain our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.
What's Yours
All customized versions of our templates are yours. Once you personalize them with your event details, colors, and content, those versions belong to your organization.
What's Copyright-Free to Use
All placeholder text provided in our templates (copy, email templates, guides, timelines, checklists) is copyright-free. You can adapt it, change it, make it your own, and repurpose it as needed for your event. This is intentional—we want you to make it yours.
5. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & BLOOMINGDEALS PRICING
Purchase Options
Mini Masters: $24.97 (one-time payment via Squarespace/Stripe)
Rock the Raffle: $19.97 (one-time payment via Squarespace/Stripe)
Bloomingdeals: Free + donation-based (suggested $5-20, entirely your choice)
Prices subject to change without notice. All sales are final.
Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable. Once you've downloaded the files, we cannot take them back or issue refunds.
Exception: If you purchase a bundle and the files fail to download, are corrupted, or don't work as described, email us immediately. We'll troubleshoot, resend files, or work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Technical Refunds: If you're unhappy with the product for reasons other than technical issues (e.g., you changed your mind, don't like the design), we cannot offer refunds. However, we welcome feedback to help us improve future products.
Payment Processing
Payments processed through Squarespace and Stripe
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
Taxes may apply based on your location
We accept all payment methods supported by Squarespace
Bloomingdeals: Donation-Based Pricing Model
How This Works:
Bloomingdeals is offered free + donation-based because we believe community generosity shouldn't have price tags.
Download the bundle for free (no payment required)
If it helps your community, donate what you can ($5-20 suggested, entirely your choice)
All proceeds fund Heart Drop resources and future templates
You can download and not donate
You can download and donate later when you see the impact
You can donate whatever amount makes sense for you
What This Is NOT:
Not a subscription (one-time download/donation)
Not conditional (templates aren't locked behind payment tiers)
Not a "pay later" requirement (we trust you)
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS
32Auctions / Auction Platform Disclaimer
Heart Drop Studio provides instructions on how to use 32auctions (or similar auction platforms) in our templates and guides, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for 32auctions, BetterWorld, or any other auction platform.
You are responsible for:
Creating your own account with the auction platform and complying with their terms of service
Following their payment processing requirements and procedures
Managing auction logistics, bid tracking, and winner fulfillment
Handling any technical issues with their platform
Contacting their support team for platform-specific problems
We provide: The template blueprint and instructions on how to use the platform.
They provide: The platform infrastructure, payment processing, and technical support.
If you have issues with 32auctions (bids not processing, QR codes not scanning, technical glitches, account issues), contact their support team. We can help troubleshoot our template, but the platform's terms and support apply to their service.
Canva Terms
Our templates are designed for use with Canva (free version). You must comply with Canva's Terms of Service when using our templates. We are not responsible for:
Canva platform changes or updates
Canva technical issues or downtime
Changes to Canva's features or functionality
Canva's data practices or privacy policies
If you have issues with Canva (can't access templates, download problems, technical glitches), contact Canva support.
Squarespace & Payment Processing
This Website is hosted on Squarespace and uses Squarespace payment processing. By using our site and purchasing products, you also agree to Squarespace's Terms of Service.
7. QR CODE DISCLAIMER
QR Code Functionality
The QR codes included in our templates are editable in Canva, so you can generate and customize your own QR code linking to your auction page, registration form, or other URL.
Important QR Code Guidelines
Test all QR codes before printing in bulk (don't print 100 copies without testing)
Minimum size: QR codes should be at least 2" x 2" to scan reliably
Color: Print in black ink on white or light background (colored QR codes may not scan reliably)
If a QR code won't scan: Regenerate it in Canva and test again before printing more copies
What We're NOT Responsible For
✗ QR codes that don't scan due to printing quality, size, or color issues
✗ Broken links (make sure your URL is correct when creating the QR code)
✗ Changes to 32auctions or other platforms that affect QR code functionality
✗ Technical issues with the platform the QR code links to
8. BLOOMINGDEALS: COMMUNITY EVENT RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Your Responsibility as Event Organizer
If you're running a Bloomingdeals community market at your school or organization, you are responsible for:
Getting principal/organization approval before running the event
Securing an appropriate space for the market
Managing volunteers and event setup
Collecting, organizing, and displaying donations
Operating the market according to school/organization policies
Handling any issues that come up during or after the event
We provide the blueprint. You run the event. Success depends on your organization's effort, not on Heart Drop's involvement.
Donation Safety & Responsibility
We strongly recommend:
Inspecting all donations for safety (no broken toys, stained/damaged items, recalls)
Cleaning items before displaying them
Refusing donations that don't meet safety standards
Checking toy recalls and product safety databases before accepting donations
Ensuring all items are age-appropriate for your audience
You are responsible for vetting donations. Do not assume items are safe just because someone donated them. Your organization is liable for event safety.
Community Liability Disclaimer
Heart Drop Studio is NOT responsible for:
✗ Injuries or incidents at your Bloomingdeals event
✗ Disputes between families over donations or pricing
✗ Items going missing, being damaged, or being lost
✗ Safety issues with donations
✗ How donations are used after purchase
✗ Community complaints or feedback about donations
Your school or organization is responsible for: Event safety, liability insurance, donor vetting, and all logistics.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
What We Provide
✓ Digital template files that are editable in free Canva
✓ Step-by-step guides and planning timelines
✓ Email support for basic questions (48-hour response during weekdays)
✓ FAQ troubleshooting and help documentation
What We Do NOT Provide
✗ Custom design changes beyond template customization
✗ Technical support for Canva (contact Canva support)
✗ Technical support for 32auctions or other third-party platforms
✗ Graphic design services or custom design work
✗ Event planning consultation beyond what's included in the guides
✗ Guaranteed results (attendance, fundraising amounts, engagement levels)
If you need custom work beyond personalizing our templates, you'll need to hire a professional designer.
Warranty Disclaimer
These templates are provided "as-is" without warranty.
We do our best to ensure:
✓ Templates are editable in free Canva
✓ Files download correctly and are not corrupted
✓ Instructions are clear and accurate
✓ Timelines and guides are realistic
However, we cannot guarantee:
✗ Every possible Canva platform update will work perfectly with all templates
✗ Your event will be successful (that's up to you, your volunteers, and your community)
✗ Your school will raise a specific amount of money
✗ Every QR code will scan (depends on printing quality and size)
✗ Parents will attend, bid, shop, or participate
✗ Volunteers will show up or follow through
✗ Any platform (Canva, 32auctions, email) will work perfectly at all times
You are purchasing a blueprint, not a guarantee of success.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Heart Drop Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template
We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, lost attendees, lost fundraising, or business interruption
Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you

14. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS & TERMS
Template Updates
We may update our templates and guides occasionally to improve them or fix issues.
If you've already purchased, you own the version you purchased
We won't charge you for updates to existing products
Improved versions may be released as new purchases
Previous versions remain available to existing customers
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
We will notify you of major changes via email if you've purchased a product.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
